Excelerate was founded in 2016. Two business partners with similar backgrounds and similar values serve as a critical reason for its continued success today.
Nilay Thakkar
As a first generation American, Nilay learned firsthand the importance of hard work and unwavering grit as he watched his father assimilate after immigrating from India and build his own business with a focus on impact for the lives of his employees.
Jana De Anda
Jana was born and raised in Beirut through active war where unpredictability and lack of permanence were part of daily life. She was highly influenced by her father’s entrepreneurial spirit and her mother’s resilience and pursuit of excellence as her family moved to the US.
These experiences shaped Nilay and Jana on personal and professional levels and have become the building blocks of Excelerate. They have a common vision for business and life:
