Flexible Time Off: Regular, full-time employees receive Flexible Time Off to renew and care for their own and family health. There is not a set number of days, enabling employees to balance their personal and business commitments.
Fitness Reimbursement: Employees are provided with a stipend for gym and/or fitness reimbursement.
Technology: Consultants are provided with light, easy to use laptops. They also receive a stipend for mobile phone usage.
Annual Training: Employees who have been with Excelerate for at least 6 months are eligible for tuition reimbursement.
