Excelerate consultants are often responsible for:
Leading complex client engagements or workstreams from initiation through delivery, ensuring high-quality execution and measurable outcomes.
Translating complex or ambiguous business challenges into actionable, insight-driven strategies through data analysis, process mapping, and stakeholder collaboration.
Leading operational improvement and transformation programs that align people, processes, and technology to achieve sustainable results.
Developing business cases, KPIs, and performance measurement frameworks to measure impact and sustain performance.
Facilitating workshops and collaborative sessions to co-create solutions with clients and build organizational alignment.
Overseeing vendor evaluations, digital solution implementations, and systems integrator partnerships.
Designing and delivering change management, training, and organizational development initiatives that drive sustainable adoption and capability building.
Building and nurturing long-term client relationships based on trust, transparency, and consistent value delivery.
What we look for:
Management consulting or equivalent experience in leading strategic or transformation initiatives (specific years of experience vary by title).
Proven success delivering measurable results in one or more of the following areas:
Process Transformation & Operational Excellence
Strategic Program Management
Technology Enablement & Digital Transformation
People, Culture & Organizational Change Enablement
Program Management Office (PMO) Design & Portfolio Management
Data Strategy & Intelligent Decision-Making
Growth, Innovation & Customer Strategy
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate insights into action.
Experience managing multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously in dynamic environments.
Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills, with the confidence to engage senior executives effectively.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, or Tableau to translate data into clear, compelling visual stories.
Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
